This could easily be attributed to the recent state visit of U.S. President Barack Obama.
“The United States government has donated 30 motorcycles to the Philippine National Police (PNP),” reports Aaron B. Recuenco in Manila Bulletin.
According to Chief Supt. Reuben Theodore Sindac, chief police information officer, the motorcycles will be sent to Eastern Visayas, particularly to areas hit by Typhoon Yolanda.
