A weed plantation in Mindanao island now called “marijuana hills” was set ablaze by Philippine authorities on Saturday after a village councilor discovered it.

The police immediately investigated the site located in the boundary of Tampakan, South Cotabato and  Kiblawan, Davao Del Sur after receiving a tip from Barangay (village) Danlag councilor Joevy Mag-Aso, NDBC reported.

Headed by Police Major Joseph Forro III, officers from the Philippine National Police in Tampakan and members of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency 12 investigated the area.

They found more than 11,000 marijuana plants on the said hills. Some of the plants had reportedly just been harvested when the authorities arrived, the NDBC reported.

The plantation owners were not on the hills when authorities arrived, GMA News reported.

Authorities collected the weed and brought some to the Tampakan Municipal Police Station for investigation, Bombo Radyo said, but most of it was actually set on fire.

And no, that won’t actually get them or anyone living in the area high.

According to Live Science, a person would need to inhale a lot of secondhand pot smoke to get high. It’s also only likely to happen if he or she were in a “hot box” or inside a room with no ventilation.
