Typhoon ‘Labuyo’ out of the country by afternoon — Pagasa

Typhoon Labuyo (Utor) has weakened while crossing Northern Luzon and the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration expects it out of the Philippine Area of Responsibility by Monday afternoon.

According to its 11:00 a.m. bulletin, Labuyo was in the vicinity of Baguio City with maximum winds of 140 kilometers per hour. The typhoon is moving West Northwest at 19 kilometers per hour and should be 360 kilometers West of Ilocos Sur by Tuesday morning.

Mt. Province

Ilocos Sur

La Union
