Typhoon Jose exits on Thursday

It’s about time he leaves.

“The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) announed that Typhoon Jose(international name: Halong) is set to leave the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) on Thursday morning, August 7,” reports ABS-CBNnews.com.

However, Jose will still enhance the southwest monsoon or habagat.

Monsoon rains will continue in the Ilocos Region and Zambales. Metro Manila and the rest of Central Luzon, meanwhile, will have occasional rains.

Here’s the good news: PAGASA said it has not monitored any weather disturbance over the Philippine Sea that will follow Jose.
