Glenda, you’ve overstayed your welcome.
“Typhoon Glenda sped up while maintaining its strength early Wednesday, and thus may leave the Philippine landmass sooner than expected,” reports Frances Mangosing on Inquirer.net.
The report quotes a PAGASA advisory released at 4:15am claiming that the storm is expected to cross Metro Manila early this morning and exit landmass via Zambales by noon.
Metro Manila is now under Signal No. 3 and has been warned of the possibility of storm surges.
