Metro Manila hosts two formidable culinary personalities this week.
On Tuesday, Mar 18, Chef Alain Ducasse will be the Guest of Honor of Enderun Colleges at a charity dinner benefitting the culinary center of Tuloy Foundation, Inc. The celebrity chef will also be launching the Ducasse Professional Chef de Partie Diploma at Ducasse Institute Philippines.
Then, on Thursday, Mar 20, Chef Geoffrey Zakarian, winner of Season 4 of The Food Network’s The Next Iron Chef, will create a special five-course feast for a black tie dinner event at the Grand Ballroom of the Sofitel Philippine Plaza for the benefit of Philippine Disaster Recovery Foundation (PDRF). Tickets are priced at PHP9,500.
