After the polling day comes the dreaded clean up. With piles of campaign and election-related trash to clean up, the Quezon City government as well as EcoWaste Coalition has declared Tuesday, May 14 as post-elections clean up day.
The joint clearing operation will start at the Quirino Elementary School on Anonas Street in Project 2. The clean up drive will focus on the removal of campaign paraphernalia, specifically nonbiodegradable materials, Inquirer News reported.
