Was traffic along C5 more horrible than usual this morning?
“Heavy traffic welcomed motorists after a flatbed truck laden with steel bars crashed into a taxi cab along C5’s Bagong Ilog Service Road in Pasig City at around 7:50 a.m. on Friday, February 13,” reports Dennis Carcamo on Philstar.com.
The report noted: “No one was reported injured during the mishap, which triggered traffic snarls along the southbound lane of the C5 and Pasig Boulevard and other adjacent roads leading to the area.”
According to the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) the truck and taxi cab were situated at the southbound lane of the road. Both vehicles were cleared off the area as of 10:11am.
