“At around 5am on Wednesday, May 28, Rafael Estrella, and his wife Marina, were injured after an out-of-control 10-wheeler truck fell on several houses in Muntinlupa City,” reports Dennis Carcamo on Philstar.com.
The Estrellas were rushed to the Alabang Medical Center for treatment.
The report said that “the truck was speeding along the northbound of South Luzon Expressway near the vicinity of Susana Heights, Alabang when the driver, Mark Mendoza, lost control of the steering wheel.”
The truck, which was loaded with boxes of ketchup, went straight to the side of the highway and fell on the houses.
