If you don’t know this drill by now, then you haven’t been living in Metro Manila for the past few months.
“In its latest advisory, the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) advised motorists to change routes along EDA, particularly in the cities of Quezon City, Mandaluyong, and Makati, as the Department of Public Works and Highways conducts the weekend road reblocking and repairs,” reports Julliane Love De Jesus on Inquirer.net.
As always, the road works will start at 10pm on Friday, Mar 28 and go on until 5am on Monday, Mar 31.
The following areas will be affected:
1. Along Kamuning road between T. Gener and Judge Jimenez (first lane) in Quezon City
2. Along Edsa between Shaw Boulevard and Julia Vargas (Northbound, outer lane) in Mandaluyong City
3. Along Edsa between Ayala Avenue and Guadalupe Bridge (Northbound, first lane) in Makati City
