Tow truck stalls on Commonwealth Avenue, had to be pushed

On Monday morning, Sep 22, a tow truck was called to come and get a sports utility vehicled (SUV) that had stalled on Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City.

However, the tow truck itself also stalled and had to be given a push so its engine would come to life again.
