Employees of the Tourism Promotions Board (TPB) filed a formal complaint against TPB chief operating officer and veteran actor Cesar Montano.

In a letter sent to the Presidential Action Center last week, the employees listed 24 questionable acts and decisions made by Montano since his appointment as TPB COO by President Rodrigo Duterte in December 2016.

According to a report by the Philippine Daily Inquirer, the list includes “questionable contracts” worth millions, like “cash sponsorship worth P16.5 million to a company that handled the production of a rally for President Rodrigo Duterte staged Feb. 25 at the Luneta, attended by people brought in by local government units.”

Montano also allegedly hired “his own staff whose functions are redundant with those of incumbent employees.”

Montano is yet to air his side as of posting.
