Toddler’s hand gets caught in escalator

Maybe parents should be extra careful when their kids are out and about.

“On Friday, April 25, Market! Market! mall administration confirmed that a one-year-old boy was rushed to St. Luke’s Medical Center in Global City after his fingers got caught in the escalator,” reports dzMM correspondent Dexter Ganibe on ABS-CBNnews.com.

The boy was going down to the ground floor when the accident occurred. The report said that “a mall security guard immediately turned the escalator off and mall medical officers immediately brought him to the hospital.

The boy’s father was reportedly with him, but it’s not clear how the boy’s hands got stuck in the escalator.
