They cooked the largest sisig EVER this morning in Pampanga

The sizzling plate measured 11-feet in diameter — too bad the sisig wasn’t served to the public. The publicity stunt kicked off MarQuee Mall’s Big Bite! The Northern Food Festival, which runs till Oct 19 in Pampanga. They started cooking the dish at 5:30am. Ingredients included 60kgs of chicken liver, 225kgs of pig’s ears and cheeks, five sacks of onions, two sacks of calamansi, five gallons of soy sauce and 10 kilos of bird’s eye pepper.
