Prasertsri Kosin (a.k.a. Koko Narak), the Thai national who made derogatory statements against Filipinos, has written another letter of apology, wherein he asks to be allowed back to the Philippines in the future. In any case, he has already opted for voluntary deportation.

Kosin said in his handwritten letter: “Dear All Filipinos, This letter is to inform you that I’m very sorry for what I’ve done to break your heart by posting the racist remarks on my personal Facebook and Asean Community page.”

He also wrote: “I’ve many Filipino friends to hang out with me in the future. I hope I will come back again to visit my Filipino friends in the future. I hope Filipinos will allow me to come back in the future.”

Kosin earlier described Filipinos as “Pignoys,” “stupid creatures,” “low-class slum slaves,” and “useless race in this world.” His Facebook posts later became viral, drawing the ire of Filipino netizens.

Cognizant Philippines, a BPO company in Taguig, fired him this week, while the Bureau of Immigration (BI) filed a deportation complaint against him for his “undesirability.”

The BI charge sheet reads “Praserti’s contemptuous act and maligning remarks against Filipinos constitute undesirability and his presence poses a risk to public interest.”

In his Facebook page, BI chief Siegfred Mison wrote a post about Kosin’s case. He stated: “This deportation process was initiated by some well-meaning friends who sent me private messages together with the link of the blogs posted by this foreign national. While the Philippines respects freedom of expression, we in the Bureau cannot tolerate or allow abusive and foul language, especially coming from foreigners as against our own people. The subject national, upon receiving the charge sheet from our Legal Division, surrendered himself to the Bureau and opted for voluntary deportation. He was supposedly terminated by his employer and has been receiving threats. He is now quarantined in our warden facility as we procure the necessary orders and clearances to implement the deportation. Thank you to my FB friends for bringing this matter to our attention. The Bureau appreciates your help in making sure GOOD GUYS IN BAD GUYS OUT!”
