Patrick Agpaoa, 19, was arrested in Caloocan City for taking videos and photos of his landlord’s daughters.
The two sisters, aged 14 and 15, had suspected that Agpaoa was taking pictures of them and searched his room while he was sleeping around 2:00 a.m. They found his cell phone and found pictures of them, as well as videos of them while they were taking their baths.
Agpaoa also used a picture of the elder daughter as the wallpaper of his mobile phone.
Agpaoa will be charged for violating the Anti-Voyeurism Law and the Anti-Child Abuse Law, the Philippine Star reported.
