“The body of a still-unidentified male, who is described as about 15-17 years old, 5″ tall, of medium build, and wearing white T-shirt, orange shorts, and black slippers, was recently discovered by two village councilors on Infanta Bridge on Velasquez Street, Balut, Tondo, Manila,” reports Rachel Joyce E. Burce on Tempo.
Police said the boy had “sustained two gunshot wounds in the chest, one in the right temple, one in the left forearm, and another in the back of the body.”
