On Tue, Sep 22, the cab driver of the JAAC Taxi unit with plate number UVR 714 was found dead inside the vehicle, which was parked along Main Avenue corner 18th Avenue in Cubao, Quezon City. Residents said the car had been parked in the same spot for four days.
According to the Quezon City Police District – Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit (QCPD-CIDU), the operator of the taxi identified the deceased driver as Jesus Cecillo Caeng, who was reportedly last seen on Fri, Sep 18, when he turned over his earnings to the operator,” reports Dennis Datu on ABS-CBNnews.com.
Police said Caeng’s body will undergo autopsy so they can determine the cause of his death.
