This is one instance where the sight of blood is considered a good thing.
“The Taguig City government has started a monthly voluntary blood donation drive in coordination with the Philippine Blood Disease and Transfusion Center (Philippine Blood Center),” reports Mike Frialde on Philstar.com.
Dr. Andres Bonifacio of the Philippine Blood Center added that part of the collected blood will be given free of charge to the Taguig Pateros District Hospital (TPDH).
Wouldn’t you be inspired to give your blood when it’s a doctor who’s named like a national hero encouraging you to do it?
