Taguig hopes to ditch BGC’s ‘drug hub’ tag

It’s bad for the neighborhood, to say the least

“The Taguig City government has ordered its local police to look into the tagging of certain clubs at the Bonifacio Global City (BGC) as alleged drug joints by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI),” reports Mike Frialde on Philstar.com.

According to the NBI, the so-called “party drugs” are being sold and used in the premises of the said clubs.

Mayor Lani Cayetano has ordered the Taguig City Police to hold a dialogue with BGC club owners about the alarming matter.
