“Joleim Sangaday—an employee of the Taguig City Hall’s Public Order and Safety Office—was shot dead while he was on board his motorcycle at the corner of Marawi Avenue and Guevarra Street in Maharlika Village at around 1:10am on Tuesday, August 19,” reports ABS-CBNnews.com.
The report revealed that “no one saw the suspect in the shooting.”
Police recovered spent shells from .45-caliber and 9mm pistols from the crime scene.
Sangaday, 39, leaves behind his wife and six children.
