The latest Social Weather Stations (SWS) survey said that — according to 1,200 respondents — the top choice for the Senate race in 2016 is Senator Tito Sotto.
“The September 2-5 survey, whose results were first published in BusinessWorld, gave 1,200 respondents a list of 44 names to choose from but were only allowed to pick 12 names from the roster,” reports ABS-CBNnews.com.
The following emerged as the top picks:

2. Former Senator & rehabilitation czar Ping Lacson
3. Senator Ralph Recto
4. Senate President Franklin Drilon
5. Senator Bongbong Marcos
6. Former Senator Francis Pangilinan
7. Justice Secretary Leila de Lima
8. Former Senator Juan Miguel F. Zubiri
9. Sarangani Rep. Manny Pacquiao
10.Former Senator Dick Gordon
11. Senator Sergio D. Osmeña III
12. Las Piñas Rep. Mark A. Villar
