The kid’s parents will probably ground him throughout 2015.

A Honda CRV driven by a 17-year-old boy — who naturally didn’t have a driver’s license — fell into a creek in Quezon City in the early hours of Tue, Dec 30.

“Police said the boy — who had two other boys, aged 16 and 17, as passengers — was executing a U-turn along Araneta Avenue when he lost control of the vehicle, causing it to fall into the creek,” reports Rhodina Villanueva in The Philippine Star.

The report noted: “A Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) rescue team arrived at the scene and towed the vehicle.”

The boy was said to have suffered slight injuries. However, investigators tried to confirm if the boy was driving while drunk.

The reports didn’t say who owned the SUV.
