A bomb detection dog was asked to sniff for the smell of explosives, but it wasn’t responsive. Upon opening the bag, the authorities discovered that it only contained trash and personal belongings such as eating utensils, clothes, and a blanket,
Authorities believe that the bag belonged to a beggar or a homeless person staying in the area.
