Wow, February 2014 is looking fine. After the confirmed news about Red Hot Chili Peppers playing the 7101 International Music Fest, Entertainment Weekly reports that a Survivor:Cagayan will premiere come February 2014. It was filmed here in our shores last summer, and will feature 18 contenders “divided into three tribes: one of brains, one of brawn, and one of beauty.”
“It’s really interesting how that label either works or doesn’t for each individual,” Survivor host Jeff Probst was quoted as saying, “and what happens to the group dynamics.” Will the brawn tribe perform better during athletic challenges? Will the brains fare better during puzzles? And how about the tribe called beauty? We know, we know. These are very sociological and anthropological questions that Survivor attempts to answer. And that’s why we cannot wait!
