This turtle is ready for its close-up and it’s going to do everything to get it done.

Diovanie de Jesus shared this vacation photo on social media yesterday. He explained that they were “posing for a photo when this turtle photobombed.”

The photo was taken on April 17, 2015, when Diovanie and friends were taking a dip around Apo Island in Negros Oriental. “This turtle surfaced to breathe,” he tells Coconuts Manila. Much to everyone’s surprise, it surfaced right in front of the camera, and if we may add: right on time, too.

There is an area around Apo island which is a feeding ground for sea turtles. “These turtles are wild, ha. They’re free to roam the ocean there,” Diovanie says.
