A fire on the corner of Dapitan Street in Manila on Thursday afternoon left two injured and caused around P500,000 in damage, reports said.
The fire at the Dela Rosa building started past 3:00 p.m. and was out by around 4:21 p.m.
A fireman and a senior citizen were reportedly injured in the fire.
Tomasino Web, the official online publication of the University of Santo Tomas, posted this video of a fire on Dapitan Street in Manila this afternoon.
“The third floor of Dela Rosa Building, above McDonald’s, along Lacson Ave. corner Dapitan Street, is currently on fire with four students trapped inside, according to the fire officials. The fire has reached fourth alarm. The cause of the fire is not yet determined and investigation is on-going,” Tomasino Web said.
The students seem to have lost interest soon after, though, because the video post was followed by a post reminding students to sign up for a school organization.
