Student in Iligan City fails one subject, threatens to throw grenade at school

The kid needs to be taught a lesson before he or she graduates to a life of crime.

“Classes were suspended in Iligan City National High School on Thursday, January 8, after the school principal received a bomb threat from one of their students,” reports Roxanne Arevalo on ABS-CBNnews.com.

Accordng to school principal Rex Razo, he then got a text message from an aunt of one of the students. The aunt had said that the student was “planning to lob a grenade at the school for failing one subject.”

The report noted that aside from the suspension of classes, students told not to go to school on Fri, Jan 9.

The report revealed that “authorities are now looking for the said student, as well as the aunt who sent the text message.”
