Motorcycle rider Danilo Delantar died after being hit by a stray bullet Tuesday morning at Barangay Payatas, Quezon City.
According to the police, two men riding a motorcycle fired at the corner of Empire Street and Payatas Road. Delantar was not the intended victim, but was inadvertently hit by one of the bullets. Police recovered five empty .45 caliber shell casings from the area, the Philippine Star reported.
