Run BGC, the annual running event of Bonifacio Global City (BGC), is back—and they’re inspiring runners to reach the finish line with big prizes!
The race is dubbed “Ready, Set, Explore!” and has four categories offered with male and female classifications: 500m Kiddie Race (sub-divided into 5-8 years old and 9-12 years old categories), 5K Special Route with Fun Tasks, 10K and 15K.
It will sure be a fun race because the route will take runners to BGC’s top attractions like the interactive parks, the playfield and the Mind Museum. To make things more exciting (and harder, of course), there will be challenges along the way. The 5K category, for example, has pit stops where runners need to accomplish tasks.
And now for the prizes! The top three placers of each category will get a cash prize, a trophy, premium product packs and GC’s. All those who reach the finish line will also get a loaded finisher’s kit. Best of all, all finishers will qualify to join a raffle draw. The prize? An Asian cruise for two (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia/Phuket, Thailand/Singapore), which can also be converted to P150,000 cash.
Now that should inspire you to reach that finish line.
Run BGC’s “Ready, Set, Explore!” is on Nov. 25, Sunday at 4 a.m., with all categories starting at 34th Ave., Bonifacio Global City, Taguig (near Mercato Centrale).
