Sports car crashes into España center island

We want to know the name of the sports car—but since it’s barely recognizable know it probably doesn’t matter.

“A sports car was totally wrecked after hitting the center island of España Boulevard in Manila in the early hours of Wednesday, August 13,” reports Francis Faulve on ABS-CBNnews.com.

The driver, who was identified only as “Ivan,” claimed he “was driving on normal speed when another vehicle cut him off, causing him to lose control of his vehicle.”

But then, as the report revealed, “some witnesses said the sports car was speeding and even tried to overtake another vehicle when the crash occurred.”

Whatever happened, the driver and his passenger escaped unharmed.

The investigation is ongoing, as police said they would try to test if “Ivan” was intoxicated.
