Metro Manila seems to have an abundance of drivers who are either reckless or unlucky.
“Around 14 people were injured after a bus rammed a passenger jeepney in Makati City on Wednesday, August 6,” reports Dennis Carcamo on Philstar.com.
According to the report, the driver of the jeepney, which came from the terminal at Forbes Park, allegedly tried to beat the red light at the corner of EDSA and Ayala Avenue. A southbound Claro Trans bus rammed into the jeepney.
The injured passengers were rushed to a nearby hospital. The bus and jeepney were towed to Makati City Traffic Center for investigation.
