Perhaps, his death would pave the way for strict safety measures.
“Cpl. Bernabe Mota, 30, one of the soldiers wounded in the explosion triggered by a fire at the Philippine Army Explosive and Ordnance Disposal (EOD) in Fort Bonifacio died at around 10am on Friday, May 9,” reports Elena L. Aben in Manila Bulletin.
