While the bad weather brought by Typhoon Lando scares pretty much everyone, there are still those who see its silver lining.
Radio dzMM correspondent Zhander Cayabyab took a photo of two men who brought out their fishing rods despite the Typhoon Lando warnings and went fishing at Manila Bay.
They got a sizeable haul of fish called kanduli.
