Students who smoke on campus beware: education and health authorities have tagged you as possible bullies.
A report from the state-run Philippines News Agency said bullies often use cigarettes as a means to torment other students. Some are said to blow smoke on others while there are those who use cigarettes to hurt fellow stuents.
As a result the MMDA,DepEd and the DOH said they will be conducting checks on vendors, convenience store owners and other places that sell cigarettes near campuses, GMA News reported.
