‘Sining Kongreso,’ an annual art exhibit organized by the Congressional Spouses Foundation Inc and Art Gallery Asia, opened at the South Wing of the House of Representatives today and runs through Sept 28. Featured pieces include works by National Artists Fernando Amorsolo, Jose Joya, Arturo Luz, and Federico Aguilar Alcuaz; modern masters Mauro “Malang” Santos and Tam Austria; sculptors Ramon Orlina and Michael Cacnio; and contemporary artists Rene Cuvos and Josue Mangroban. Art works from James Onglepho, Prudencio Lamarroza, Mario Parial, Manny Garibay, Marcel Antonio, Andres Barrioquinto, Angelo Tabije, Alfredo Esquillo, Norma Balleza, Farley De Rosario, Zean Cabangis, and Antonio Leaño are also there.
