Senator-elect Binay finishes ‘crash course’ on legislation

Senator-elect Nancy Binay has finished a week-long “crash course” on legislatioin at the University of the Philippines National College of Public Administration and Governance.

She made the announcement over her Twitter account along with this photo:

She countered, though, she had 20 years of “on-the-job training” helping her parents Vice President Jejomar Binay and former Makati Mayor Elenita Binay with their projects.

Binay received more than 16.8 million votes in the May elections and placed fifth among twelve candidates who won seats in the Senate.
