In a dzBB interview on Mon, Jan 25, Senator Grace Poe dismissed rumors that she and her husband, Teodoro Misael “Neil” Llamanzares, separated last Nov 2015.
Poe was quited as saying, “Ha? Alam mo, marami akong naririnig na tsimis pero first time kong narinig ang chismis na yan na hiwalay kami ng aking kabiyak ((I’ve heard a lot of gossip about me but that’s the first time I heard about the rumor that I have separated from my husband).”
“Poe pointed out that she and her husband will celebrate their silver wedding anniversary or 25 years of marriage this year,” reports Maila on Inquirer.net.
Poe added: “Alam mo kung yung iba sa pulitika ay nagkakaroon ng medyo hindi pagkakasundo, ang asawa ko, kaibigan ko talaga yan (If other politicians do not get along with their spouses, we’re different. My husband is really my friend).”
The report noted: “Poe also said that while she seeks advice from her husband, the latter does not interfere with her work in government.”
