Sen. Bong Revilla complains about rats, cockroaches in detention cell

Is this his way of saying he wants to be under house arrest instead?

“Senator Bong Revilla’s wife, Cavite 2nd District Rep. Lani Mercado, said on Saturday, June 21, that the detention facility where her husband is staying is infested by cockroaches and rats,” reports GMA News Online.

The report said that Mercado and the Revilla children were at the Philippine National Police (PNP) Custodial Center in Cam Crame on Saturday afternoon to bring the senator food.

This new complaint comes after Revilla claimed he got a migraine attack because it was “too hot” in his detention cell.
