It’s as if this sacred image is on vacation.
“The 450-year-old image of the Santo Niño de Cebu (Holy Child of Cebu) is currently visiting Marikina City,” reports Leslie Ann Aquino in Manila Bulletin.
The sacred image will be enthroned at the Our Lady of the Abandoned Parish (Nuestra Señora de los Desamparados), but it will also be brought to places such as the Marikina City Jail and different parishes.
The Santo Niño de Cebu leaves Marikina on May 14.
