We doubt if he’ll let this go.

“The Sandiganbayan Fifth Division has ordered the freezing of the real properties, vehicles, and shares of stocks of Senator Jinggoy Estrada,” reports Adrian Ayalin on ABS-CBNnews.com.

The report noted: “The anti-graft court granted the prosecution’s motion for a writ of preliminary attachment/garnishment and ordered the the freezing of several condominium units, a townhouse, and pieces of agricultural and residential land owned by Estrada.”

The report likewise added that “the properties ordered frozen are supposedly worth PHP183 million, the amount allegedly taken by the senator as kickbacks from his Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF).”

Estrada, along with fellow Senators Bong Revilla and Juan Ponce Enrile, is accused funneling his PDAF funds through bogus NGOs set up by alleged pork barrel fund scam mastermind Janet Lim Napoles.

The Sandiganbayan has already frozen Revilla’s assets.

Estrada and Revilla have been detained at the Philippine National Police Custodial Center at Camp Crame since last year following their indictment for plunder and graft charges. Enrile is being held at PNP General Hospital for the same offense.
