“On Friday, July 4, the Sandiganbayan’s 3rd Division found probable cause against Senator Juan Ponce Enrile in connection with the plunder charges filed against him by the Ombudsman. The Sandiganbayan subsequently announced that it was also issuing a warrant of arrest against Enrile,” reports ANC.
The report added that “along with Enrile, arrest warrants were also issued against Atty. Gigi Reyes, Janet Lim Napoles, Ronald John Lim, and John Raymond de Asis.”
