This is starting to get more and more interesting, what with Mat Ranillo already in the mix.

“Whistleblower Ruby Tuason, speaking on Thursday, Feb 13, before the Senate hearing on the pork barrel scam, said she was the ‘go between’ person for Senator Jinggoy Estrada and Janet Lim-Napoles in 2008, delivering at least PHP9 million from the businesswoman to the senator,” reports Jovan Cerda on Philstar.com.
Tuason said, “I delivered here in the Senate before. I think I did it at least twice. I did not pass in the main entrance because they might open my bag.”
So, how did she get in?
According to the report, “Estrada’s would escort Tuason in the Senate parking lot during her afternoon deliveries, and from there she made her way to the senator’s office to personally deliver the money.”
Tuason also recalled an instance in 2008, when Estrada called at night asking for cash. Thus, Tuason—who was with Janet Lim Napoles and her husband at that time—delivered PHP1 million to Estrada in Zirkoh, a comedy bar along Wilson St. in Greenhills.
In total, Tuason claims she delivered “at least PHP9 million in kickbacks to Estrada for a project which cost PHP75 million.” After 2008, Tuason said Estrada transacted with Napoles directly.
What a painful punchline.
