The reward money for the capture of Quiapo road rage suspect Vhon Martin Tanto has been raised to PHP200,000. Tanto, an Army reservist, has been identified by the Manila Police District (MPD) as the man who shot dead bicycle rider Mark Vincent Geralde in a road rage incident in Quiapo, Manila last Mon night, Jul 25.

Manila Mayor Joseph “Erap” Estrada initially offered PHP100,000 as reward money for anyone who could provide information. Aside from Estrada’s promised reward cash, Caloocan City Mayor Oscar Malapitan also offered an additional P100,000 for the arrest of Tanto.
“Manhunt operations are still underway against Tanto, whose abandoned vehicle was found in Nueva Vizcaya on Thu morning, Jul 28,” reports ABS-CBN News.
