It’s rather disconcerting to realize that so many violent crimes happen in broad daylight.
“Benjamin Paolo, 58, a former police officer assigned with the Traffic Management Group, was shot by motorcycle-riding suspects in Quezon City on Wednesday, Oct 30,” reports Jamie Elona of Inquirer.net.
The report said that Paolo had been sitting in front of the Criseden Building in Magalang corner Makisig Streets in Barangay Pinyahan at around 930am when the suspects drove by and opened fire on him. He died on the spot.
The investigation is ongoing.
