Some things, like running with scissors, are accidents waiting to happen. Others, like sharing a motorcycle with two of your friends while drunk and not wearing helmets, are accidents just begging to happen.
And that’s exactly what happened to three men in Barangay San Antonio, Quezon City according to a DZMM report.
According to the report, Leowilfred Sambrona and his two passengers Estelito Mansanal and Danny Malayog were injured after hitting a parked car in front of a computer shop on Roosevelt Street in that barangay. The three were speeding when they hit the parked car, a barangay official said. They were drunk and had no helmets on.
They were given first aid but deserve no sympathy.
Earlier this month, a boy died after a motorcycle carrying him, his father, his mother, and his brother was hit by a speeding jeepney in Pasig City.
