This kind of person is better off locked up in jail in the middle of the Pacific.
“A man who had just been released from prison on drug charges was arrested Monday in Malabon City after he allegedly kidnapped and raped his six-year-old niece,” a report in The Philippine Star said.
The suspect, Aries Lozano, even forced his niece to beg for money so they can buy food, police said.
He allegedly took his niece from the girl’s mother on Oct 30, days after he was released from prison. According to the girl’s mother, the suspect wanted her to leave her husband, Lozano’s brother, and be with him.
