The Department of Tourism (DOT) has a new video highlighting the Philippines as a romantic destination – just in time for Valentine’s Day. Featuring a guy proposing to his girlfriend – with the help of some local boatmen – the video ends with the slogan “Popping the question, more fun in the Philippines.”
Apart from Pinoys, foreigners also think that the country is a romantic place, basing on all the Japanese, Korean and European nationals that have been visiting the country, especially Boracay, for weddings, according to Interaksyon.
