Virtually non-stop rains have rendered many roads in Metro Manila impassable, including this stretch of Epifanio delos Santos Avenue in Pasay City.
The rains brought by Habagat and Tropical Storm “Maring” have forced thousands into evacuation centers. The rain continues to fall even as emergency services and relief agencies scramble to help those stranded and those who have been forced to evacuate their homes.
