Filipino tennis fans, you will finally be able to see Rafael Nadal fix his wedgie in the flesh!

According to Abac Cordero’s story on Philippine Star, Rafael Nadal will be in Manila fort he second International Premier Tennis League leg, which is set from Dec 6-8 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.

None other than project lead of the IPTL Manila Leg, Clementine Apacible, confirmed the news at the PSA Forum held on Monday at Shakey’s Malate. “Nadal is coming to play,” Apacible simply said.

“Nadal, always a hot favorite among female fans will lead Indian Aces in the 2015 IPTL that has scheduled stops in Japan, Manila, New Delhi, Dubai, and Singapore,” continues the Philippine Star report.

According to Apacible, there will be more teams and more players gracing the Manila event.

Joining Nadal in the Indian Aces are all-heart Frenchie Gael Monfils and several names that are difficult to pronounce: Agnieszka Radwanska, Fabrice Santoro, Ivan Dodig, Sania Mirza, and Rohan Bopanna.

Now, if only the UAE Royals, which will be headlined by Roger Federer will have a Manila pitstop, then that would be a tennis fan’s wet dream come true, right?
